Came very fast but was missing the…
Came very fast but was missing the hardware. Pretty uncomfortable overall

Great customer service
Great customer service! I had several questions and they were answered quickly and extra tips were offered. Mattress is comfortable and firm as advertised.

Very pleased
I am so pleased with my shikifuton. It is so comfortable... a bit thicker and heavier than I thought it would be, but nonetheless I feel like I am in a cocoon when sleeping on it.

Wood quality nice but some problems...
Shipping came split instead of all together... a bit confusing. There was hardware missing that had to be shipped later. Plastic covers for recessed holes do not stay in place and look cheap.
