Started a refund due to receiving a product that was damaged unstitching in one corner. But on 3/25/2025 they sent a email stating it was under review still nothing.. I did send photos .. I shipped back the items which cost me $37.12 they said I would receive a refund once they received the damaged item they sent me. But they will not reimburse the shipping cost.. I will never order from them again beware if product is damaged u pay for shipping

Placing the order was easy and it was nice having multiple sizes to choose. The only complaint would be that nowhere on the order did it say that a signature would be required for delivery. This is something that customer definitely needs to be aware of.

I bought this as a gift for Christmas for my parents. Once they were able to confirm measurements this one is too big. I asked for help to return and get the size they need, I was told it has been past 30 days for returns. I am not wanting my money back, I just want the right size. They are now ignoring my emails.
