Good products just arrived a little late.

I ordered 2 months ago and I haven't received the things that I bought. I'm waiting my order in Colombia, South America but the tracking page say the things are in Germany,. (????) Colourpop doesn't respond me.

Love the products and the service.

Colourpop printed my address ILLEGIBLE and my package got delivered to ANOTHER house. I contact them and they would not give me solutions even though it was them fault for printing a sheet that you could barely see.

I love colourpop!!! All of the products I buy from colourpop are delivered at it's best and are always amazing.

Terrible experience with their customer service! They did not respond to my request even though I explained a thousand times that I did not get the package because customs did not give it to me!. I would advise anyone living in europe not to order from Colourpop.

This company owns my makeup soul at this point. They’re a bit expensive but their products are wonderful and shipping time is super quick!

Colourpop is my new favorite makeup to buy and now my moms favorite. I just purchased Christmas gifts from Colourpop for my family and I'm so excited to see how happy they will be. Colourpop has amazing deals and even when full priced they are affordable and honestly my opinion BETTER than any other high end brand.
