Colorpop sent a damaged makeup palette…
Colorpop sent a damaged makeup palette to me and refused to replace it with an intact one. Customer support never tried to resolve the situation and didn’t even bother replying once again before closing out the support ticket unresolved.

In love with my Colourpop purchase. The colours are vibrant and stay well. My yellow crayon eyeliner was empty but the rest are fabulous.

I had an issue with my order and I loved that they were quick to fix the problem and reply back so quickly when I first email them about the issue and when I got my products I loved them highly recommend them to shop!
