Colourpop makeup is awesome. There is such a wide range of pallets to choose from, and the prices are kept affordable. I reach for my Colourpop products over expensive brands because of the quality of the products.

Its been more than a month and I havent received what I bought. The package was taken to a different country and no one helps me with information or with any solution. I want my money back.

I absolutely love the products and price point of Colourpop for the quality but the shipping has been extremely slow lately. I constantly have to check tracking details but of course there are no tracking details until randomly it shows up at my door weeks later. This makes me hesitant to continue ordering from the site.

Absolutely love Colourpop’s mystery box! Totally worth the money, you get a lot for what you pay. I was not expecting the variety in items and the quantity. Also, they packed it nicely and tight. Nothing was damaged. The Colourpop lengthening mascara is my favorite works like a charm.

I purchased several shadow palettes right before the holidays. It took them a bit to ship, but that's fine for the price and quality of product. The palettes are gorgeous! They have a little kick back, but nothing concerning. Shades are vibrant and super buildable. 4/5 stars due to the no return or exchange policy - a smaller pallette (5 shadows) was damaged, one of the shades is totally gone. Would have been great to be able to exchange that one.
