I could not be happier with my experience. I joined Collegewise in my sophomore year and throughout the process, Matt Doyle was there to support me by setting clear deadlines and assigning work. This allowed me to be done with all my applications much before the deadline. I would recommend it for anyone who finds the application process intimidating.

I'm a student who struggles with anxiety, and I was really, REALLY stressed about even the thought of applying to college. However, my parents signed me up for Collegewise, and after meeting Liz, my worries were nowhere to be seen. Liz is an incredible human being who knows exactly what she's doing, and takes away all the stress. She genuinely felt more like a friend who was helping me through the process. She knew the answers to every question I asked, talked me through every problem I encountered, and made sure that I was feeling okay throughout the entire process. There's no one else I would rather have had as a mentor, and I feel so grateful for Collegewise and Liz. Thank you, Liz, you have changed my life :)

Takes the pain out of the process. This was my third child going thru the college process. With the first we were very involved and the coach was very knowledgeable but a jerk— challenging my child to do better but in a destructive way. Teasing him and making him feel inferior. The coach we hired for my second son was just useless and due to a family situation (it happens) disappeared mid way through the process. Matt was very involved and kept my son in track. He was a bit laissez faire — very pragmatic. He gave sound advice even when it was hard to hear. He wasn’t super-creative re suggestions for hidden gem colleges but would provide insights in response to our proposals. Re essays, we were a little surprised that errors got passed editors —but we were able to be really hands off for the most part. Matt was also super responsive when we had moments of panic. Overall a very positive experience.

We are so lucky to have worked with Jennifer Turano during both of our kids' college application processes. Our kids are very different people, yet Jennifer guided both of them to their top choice schools with clarity, efficiency, and patience. She was there for them every step of the way, set achievable goals and timelines, and gave them the facts coupled with the motivation they needed to reach those goals. By working with Jennifer we were able to truly enjoy our kids' last year living at home- a priceless gift. 5 stars!

Amy Chatterjee is a hero in our house! She taught us so much about how the college testing and admissions work and she was extremely knowledgeable about each of the schools my son and daughter put on their lists. From the beginning, Amy was direct and realistic about the selectivity of the schools that best matched our children’s individual strengths and weaknesses. . . The outcomes for both kids were outstanding. We feel very lucky to have Amy on board to get us through our last gauntlet with our youngest child. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Collegewise took the stress away from college apps, with the help of my counselor Liz Albertelly. With her help everything went as smoothly as possible, I never missed a deadline, and I have never been prouder of the essays I produced for my applications. Thanks Liz and Collegewise!

Tanner Reive tutored my son, Gio, on his ACT. It was his first ACT. Tanner had advised Gio to concentrate on the ACT versus the SAT as Tanner recognized Gio's strengths. With Tanner's encouragement and professional acumen, Gio achieved a near perfect score on the ACT. As a parent, I felt no stress as I knew Gio was doing well in his sessions with Tanner. Such a positive experience.

Patricia was so nice and helpful and really flexible which was wonderful because of my busy schedule! She really knew how to solve every problem and explain it in depth so I could understand it, along with assigning practice worksheets that were relevant to what I struggled with. Overall very kind and definitely helped me improve my test scores, along with having a bunch of helpful resources to help me succeed :)
