CoConstruct | Construction Management SoftwareReviews of coconstruct.com

I took a long time researching all the different systems available for construction management and decided to go with Co-Construct, and I have not been disappointed after 3 years of using it. The design works very well as a portal with which the builder team, the clients and subs/vendors all interact and see what they need to see. I'm impressed with the developers committment to listen to users' feedback and implement improvements at a great pace. Our clients are also impressed before and after they hire us - it's an important part of winning and executing design-build project as an architect-builder firm. Well done Co-Construct team, and keep up the great work!

Best decision I have made in the last several years to move my business model to Co-Construct. Not only has our business benefited from the online management system, we have learned much more about managing our business through the COVID-19 webinars and the masterclass was absolutely great. My opinion, Donny Watts cares about his customers. Their technical support answers the phone immediately and is always helpful and easy to talk with. Spencer Padgett, the builder in residence at CoConstruct, is on target with the masterclass and webinars.

Great tool to help keep everything straight. Love the single entry feature.

We love the customer service that CoConstruct allows us to give our clients. We have even been awarded jobs because we offer CoConstruct to our clients. Since day 1 we have been very happy!

The more I implement CoConstruct, the more time I save.

This program has transformed how my remodeling company operates. Everything from project estimating, field and office management and communication, scheduling subcontractors, project management, etc. They even hosted a 2 1/2 day training event and had weekly online training to help get me going. My subs and crews love working with it. Subs are scheduled out weeks in advance so no last minute calls saying "can you be there tomorrow?" If the schedule ever slips, everyone affected is notified immediately.

So easy to use and communicate to our customers with. If I have any issues, CoConstruct support is super helpful and great to work with.

Love this company - just a great all around expierence.
