Thank you CHRIS! You really helped ease my mind! I came on the call distraught due to a letter I received from an Attorney. Chris really honed in on his knowledge of the business and answer each of my questions with delight. Although I was not able to afford the program right now, I would definitely do business with them because of how my interaction with Chris went. He’s very patient, reassuring and extremely knowledgeable! Thanks again!

Extremely RUDE telemarketers! They called me a million times asking for someone else. Hung up on me when I asked the name of the company. Seems like a SCAM! Details: The number that called me is a Denver number that ends in 0665. When I tried to ask what the name of the company was she hung up on me. I called back and asked to please understand why Coastal keeps calling me she hung up. I called back and she finally gave me the name of the company but was extremely rude in doing so. I tried to ask how I am connected in your system to the name and company she is calling about and she hung up again. I researched your company online and the song that plays when on hold is the same song so it seems it is the same company. You have called me for years now asking for someone else and it is harassment! So every time you call me from now on I am going to handle it like this. Ridiculous behavior for a company!
