I ordered 2 pediepie LED chairs from clutch in 2 seperate orders. The positive is that the order process was easy and quick, and both chairs arrived in about a week which is great for Australian orders. Both chairs had the same faults however. instead of the advertised LED chair they shipped a variation not listed in the Au store. Both chairs had damage in the same part of the backrest. something had punctures and torn at the leather in the exact same spot - likely the chair lift piece. The chairs are comfortable and look quite good, but i would prefer without the 100m stitching.

I purchased a Clutch chair a couple years ago from their Canadian site the chair was comfortable had all the gaming chair features and looked quality but after just 1 year of use the chairs stitching where you sit started coming apart causing the chair to deform and rip apart over time becoming very uncomfortable. the chair barely lasted a year and a couple months which i paid $400 dollars for so after a while of sitting in a the uncomfortable chair i decided to get customer service to help me out with some compensation i really just wanted a replacement bottom seat for the chair so i could swap it out. i told them my situation all my info and purchase history but then i got ignored by 2 different people after sending emails back and forth twice. I ended up buying a Secret Labs chair after the whole ordeal with no satisfaction on my clutch chair order.

To start off with, this is with Clutch Chairz at least in Europe, maybe things would've gone better if it was another branch. I forgot to add a review after this happened, better late than never. I purchased an overpriced chair from Clutch, what I was given is a chair of decent quality, I cannot fault their materials too much, although, the paint rubs off easily, and, the stitching could be better for the price, for sure. That being said, where this brand falls down the toilet is their customer service, there is none. I was supposed to get a remote to control the lights on my chair, the remote I received was broken, I contacted them right after I noticed this to get it resolved. Now, if I had been responded to within a reasonable manner, I wouldn't be writing this, but... 42 DAYS later, I got a response stating it was not covered under warranty. It took you 42 days to let me know that a silly plastic remote was not covered under your shady warranty, so, a part of my product is to remain non-functional because your support system is non-functional, great. The only reason this isn't a one-star review is that the chairs themselves could be worse! I will not be buying in future and have recommended against this company since then, avoid at all costs.
