Heather was great and the room was amazingly fun!!! She made everything super fun and super funny!!! She’s great! Best first time playing Escape Room in Escondido!!! And a great first time experience for me 3 other friends I have brought!! (It was me and 4 other ppl!! I accidentally bought a 6 ticket and emailed them hours prior! Didn’t get an email back though! I told them about it so will update if they have refunds for situations like these!!)

And yes, we did get your email (sorry about the late reply!), we went ahead and refunded you for the accidental extra ticket purchase. Looking forward to y'all coming back again soon!

The Escape Room was very well put together with a ton of challenging puzzles that encouraged teamwork and specialization! Also I loved our Gamemaster; she was clearly excited and happy to do her job and it was honestly infectious even though the scenario was pretty cheesy at times. I would totally recommend the Villain's Lair as a game you could play at any age.
