Clubwpt gold is absolutely the BEST site I’ve played on yet! It started out I was negative in my attitude due to several other sites and my experience with them. However, clubwptgold is freaking awesome. The RNG plays like an actual live game. I’m amazed! I’ll play here from here on out!

My experience for past year has been excellent. I've enjoyed playing, especially the MTT. I've been preparing for the super seniors wsop. However, I've decided to cancel my membership because of a recent change to there billing. In May, they changed how they classify the charge, which resulted in my CC company seeing it as a "cash advance", not a monthly charge. This resulted in my CC company charging me $10.00 cash advance charge, along with the minimum $.50 interest charge. Not a significant amount but over 33% increase, all without notification or permission. Hence, I canceled my monthly subscription. Seems dumb for me, but it's there company. I hope thousands of there customers see this and say goodbye.

Although their software is lackluster they provide a service at a reasonable fee that you cannot obtain nearly anywhere else they do have a couple of competitors but none represent the WPT poker tour like club WPT does for this reason and for recent customer service interactions and do to their dedication to repeat customers I give the company five stars. Their customer service is polite and will do everything they can to help you as best as possible although they do not have all the answers sometimes they do get their best effort to help and are polite and courteous. After all they advertise $100,000 worth of prizes a month as a VIP member for just $28 a month where else can you play enough tournament to equal a total of $100,000 in a month.
