I have had allergies my whole life and I take meds daily, plus prescription nasal sprays when needed. Sometimes my sinuses sting, burn, and they can give me a cluster eye headache. Novaflow has been a lifesaver. I use it morning, before bed, and whenever I need it. It gives me immediate relief. The inflammation goes down so that I can breathe and no more burning and stinging.

I can't say enough good things about Cleriva customer service. I wanted the unit that had both blue light and red light, but I ordered the wrong unit. I sent an email and they responded within hours. To my surprise, they immediately refunded my money back even though it was MY error. The unit I have is very well constructed and works as stated. I have not used the product enough yet to know if it will help but if their product is as stellar as their customer service, I'm certain that it's going to help me tremendously. This is a solid company that clearly stands behind their products.

I bought this product back in May of 2025, and right away I noticed results. At first I used it 3x a day when I'd been having allergies and constantly having to blow my nose 50 times a day (literally) from the area I was in for the route I'd been working, and right away it reduced the symptoms. To be clear, for ME, the results were subtle. I never got a gallon of mucus out our anything like what one reviewer posted, but this device definitely has an effect. I'm not someone who's usually had bad allergies. My problem is mostly just a clogged nose that reappears, and on very bad days I can use this 2-3x and it genuinely helps, but I usually just use it once a day as part of a routine. For me, the results have been subtle, but when I pay attention, I absolutely notice I have a cleaner, healthier-nose feeling from it. It works! And the customer service of this company is great. After a year of using this, I did have a problem with the device, and Coney, the support manager for Cleriva, helped me out right away! Recommended product and company

Works very well and I can breathe again! I use it every day and it immediately clears up any blockages. I start sneezing and my nose starts to run and I know it’s working! This little device has helped me to sleep better at night and breathe better during the day. I’m hooked!

I ordered "NovaFlow 2.0" on 25 July, and £50.98 was immediately taken from my bank account. Fast forward to today 11 August, and the item has not been shipped and apparently will not be until 19 August. Almost a month between taking payment and despatch. The NovaFlow 2.0 was clearly not in stock when the £50.98 was taken. Cleriva are a scam company, in my view, and are taking people's money for a product which does not exist. Don't do business with these scam artists.

NovaFlow 2.0 pre-orders officially opened on July 24th, ahead of the product’s official launch on August 10th. Customers who ordered during the pre-order period reserved their devices from the first batch of shipments, scheduled to begin going out on August 19th. The remaining orders are scheduled to begin shipping on August 21st, meaning customers who pre-ordered receive priority fulfillment two days earlier. We apologize if the pre-order and shipping timeline was not clear enough when the order was placed. We understand how important it is for customers to know when they can expect their orders to ship. Our customer support team has already been in communication with you regarding your concerns, and as requested, your NovaFlow 2.0 order has been cancelled and a full refund has been processed.
