The agent coded the account incorrectly, so the plan was cancelled and I have to wait another month to sign up.

Your agent Delores Franklin was excellent explaining clearer than any agent I’ve heard before, the medical help I am Qualified for. She speaks clearly with perfect volume and not rushed.
