I've been having problems with suspicious users being created on my Wordpress site and I've tried various security plugins to no avail, but as soon as I started using CleanTalk the spam changed dramatically. I highly recommend it.

We have three websites and have had endless spam emails to all three, even with anti-spam plug-ins! Then we changed to CleanTalk and what a difference! No more spam emails, excellent reports and guidence on dealing with issues and top, quick response customer service. I have nothing but praise for CleanTalk and highly recommend it.

These guys save me on a daily basis from spam. I don't think i would be able to cope with the volume of rubbish sent to my wordpress sites through the forms if not for this service. Don't hesitate, buy it now!! Will save you money by saving you time!

Site was getting intense attacks with spam. I contacted Cleantalk. Over a period of many weeks they finally concluded that Drupal 7 was not supported so they would not investigate further. I pointed out that Drupal 7 is in fact supported until Nov 2022. Alex from support responded that regardless, they would not fix the problem. Click. Now I must check the site myself constantly to remediate the attacks. "Sorry for the inconvenience". What the heck.... After Cleantalk's response: I use Cleantalk to protect registratio, so not sure what they are talking about. The imply they do not protect pages posted from registered users? Why have the included in your configuration then for roles to be checked? From your response you only support mainstream issues of your choice. I worked as a developer to support support groups. We supported the product. Period.

We presume that the review does not reflect actual CleanTalk service functionality. 1) We could not reproduce the initial issue you have reported in the way you have described. 2) Moreover, the form you reported is available for registered users only. The registration page is surely protected on your site. We suggested you check your existing users for spam if a spammer was registered for any reason. 3) We suggested you inform us if you suspect that the registration page passes spam registration. 4) It is the company's decision to implement new features in the plugin or not. We basically do not provide new features for unsupported or low-demanded plugin implementations. 5) We do admit that we incorrectly defined Drupal 7 as not supported. We apologize for this. I've been using CleanTalk on over 10 sites, and it works fantastic! This is a superior product and their spam and firewall protection and log keeping is top-notch. Their system takes a large burden off my servers. I thoroughly enjoy it and will soon add another 10 sites.
