I reached out to cancel my order, it was denied. Then my package finally “shipped”, and it never arrived, so I never received any package and had to pay even though I tried cancelling before shipment and didn’t even get a package . Not satisfied.

I love your Clean Skin cloths. I live in AZ where the dry heat does damage not only to my face but my arms and neck as well. And I have sensitive skin and I'm 70 years old. These cloths are new and fresh for each use. I got the original bamboo box with the lid on top. It was a hassle having to take the lid off get the cloths I needed and remember to put the lid back on. So I ordered the bamboo box with the drawer and I love it. I also ordered the pink travel case and I can put all of my skin products and the Clean Skin Cloths in it and I'm ready to go.

Please don’t do automatic sending me the item the second time you deduct on my account which I did not order again stop

My face feels and look cleaner since I've been using the face towels. I love using them daily. Plus no one can use my towel because they're disposable.
