All is good with the electricity side of things. Your website however is a joke since it never registers my clicks to the free giveaways. Don't know what the point of having them is, when they never accept my clicks

Have used CleanChoice for 3 years now. I recently renewed before my last contract expired and their system didn't catch it, so my rate went variable which was more than double my contract price. We got it sorted out, and all is good! Would have given 5 stars if not for this incident. Along with them, I love doing my part to save the planet!!!

Lower cost, renewable energy supplied as promised for 12 months. The renewal cost (per Kwh) at the end of the 12 month contract was disappointing (increased nearly 100%) and I wasn't allowed to renew at the "new" customer price which was only about 50% higher. I understand energy costs are going up, but that was supposed to be the benefit of renewables.

Hi William, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review, and thank you for supporting 100% clean energy! We apologize that the renewal price was higher than you were expecting. Electricity prices have risen significantly since you first signed up. Your renewal offer was based on July prices and was sent in August, but our prices for the month of October are lower than your renewal offer. Please reach out to our Customer Experience team to discuss all of our pricing options. You can connect with us by emailing [email protected] or by calling us at 888-986-8116 (8am to 7pm Monday through Friday ET). Thank you for your support of 100% clean energy!

I really cannot honestly write a review. I have the service. I have no complaints. I truly don't see a difference.
