Product did not perform as advertised. We experienced no difference in air quality. Emailed company asking for refund but received no correspondence.

I ordered six (6) ODRx units and the first two that I opened did not work. They would not turn on (no light visible and no fan audible). I requested assistance three times and have never received a response. The twelve replacement lamps arrived about three months after they were ordered. I still have two units that do not work / never worked! And no response from anyone at the company.

Took forever to get half my order. I'm still waiting for the other half. Order was done in February. Still not complete. no real communication from you. So you tell me how am I suppose to feel?

I like the products and believe they do work as advertised BUT the shipping took way too long, even after I was notified they were shipped and given a tracking number. I emailed them about the delay and I received a response they would refund a portion of the cost if I kept them, which I agreed to. Still NO partial REFUND which I also emailed them about. I still have not heard back from them or seen my refund. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from Clarifion, no matter how well the air purifiers work. Ordered 2/7/25, as of 4/3/25 they have not fulfilled their credit back to me.

I live in an old house and don't have outlets that are not filled up already, so it's making it hard to find an outlet for them. I don't know how to remedy the problem, cause I need the outlets for other things.
