Great bike, low price, and fantastic customer service. I had an issue with UPS and was about to go nuts. The customer service rep I spoke with could not have been any nicer and made me feel important. Great customer service goes along way in a tough situation.

VERY PLEASED with my order. Bike arrived promptly, did not pay any sales tax or shipping charges. The bike, 2021 Big Ripper, is unavailable and City Grounds not only had it in stock, but it was a GREAT price. I had to call the store and ask a few questions. Everything was explained and they were Very nice to deal with. This is the only thing that my 14 year old grandson asked for this Christmas. I told him that the bike was ordered, but would not arrive until Spring. (so hard to surprise a 14 year old )!! I can not wait to see his reaction on Christmas morning. Thank you again,
