NEVER USE THIS COMPANY KILLS PETS. Then they proceed to make you at fault and take no responsibility in anything that happened. Because of their inability to properly screen their transporters, my dog died. They were nothing but rude when I asked for a refund and told me it was my problem. These people are the worst. GO direct with a licensed shipping company. Please for the love of god!

It is scary having a stranger transport your pet. Jason did exactly as he stated he would do. He picked up my cat on time, callled me as he was leaving. He gave me a GPS to track his travels across Utah. He was kind and friendly. Jason was very gentle and caring with my cat.

I had a pup that needed transported 6 hours. Within minutes I had multiple bids and I was able to choose who I was comfortable with. A few minutes later I was scheduled for a next day pickup. It took all my stress away!

A reliable service that gives you a number of options when it comes to providers to choose from. The background check and/or way that the company profiles these providers is incredible as it allowed me to feel totally confident in moving forward with their service. I had to ship my dog from the east coast, to the west coast, and she has major separation anxiety. The responsiveness in understanding from each contact was positively overwhelming. The overall process is seamless and I will be using this service again in the future

CitizenShipper helped me when I needed to ship a puppy to its new owner. Finding a driver for the job was very easy and the prices were reasonable. I’d definitely hire someone from CitizenShipper again for any future transports.
