We were looking for a way to get our puppy home. We found a dog who was too big for air transportation and we didn’t have the time to needed to go pick him up especially when we have 14 month old twins. After having to pass on getting one puppy due to not knowing how to get him home I did an internet search for pet ground transportation. This was our first time ever looking or needing such a service so I was so lucky to come across their website. It was aGreat value and great service. It was easy to create a post on the website. And only took a few minutes.I was amazed at the number of quotes I received in such a short amount of time. Every time I got a quote I received a text message with a link for easy access. Accepting the quote was very straight forward and payment was quick and easy. I was able to get quick response from customer service after my initial driver canceled less than 24 hours before she was supposed to pick him up. Which made us scrambled for another driver. Living on an island makes traveling one step harder and I will be looking to there site for any other transportation needs. We were able to get our puppy home with short notice. After our original driver canceled last minute we were able to get a new driver within less then 24 hours notice. Larry was our driver and He was easy to communicate with. He traveled during winter over a snowy pass. He sent updates and our dog was able to ride in comfort. He even made a ferry ride to deliver our boy. Best Valentine’s Day present ever. Highly recommended for pet transporting! Thanks again.
