We just concluded a transport of a couple puppies from Ohio to Florida. Great service. We placed our ad and got a dozen responses within minutes. I was very surprised. They responded with a variety of prices. Then we went to the profile and to the reviews to choose our shipper. The fee charged by CitizenShipper was disclosed and reasonable. I don't know how I would have found the hauler I used with out the CitizenShipper site. Give it a try, you don't incur a fee unless you hire a hauler. This is a worthwhile service and I would recommend it to everyone.

Nicest, most professional, communicated all the way through. Easy to work with - James treated us like family and with great care transported our puppy. He sent photos the entire trip and was even able to accommodate a change in pickup day a few days out. I wish I had more puppies or items that needed transporting so I could use James services again. Thank you!

Great experience. Website worked flawlessly. Our driver, Nick, was spectacular. This was our first time using CitizenShipper - in fact before this we didn’t even know such a system existed! We felt very confident in our driver based on multiple reviews, pictures and documented previous drives. Fantastic, completely painless experience.

I used Citizen shipper for my pet shipping needs. Not only did I get multiple price offers, I also received great service from the shipper I chose. Citizen Shipper was easy to use, and if ever in need, I will use them again!

As a customer is great to shop for great deals on your pretty delivery and here you can do that in one place. Watching driver's underbid each other to get you to book them. But as a driver working for this company, just know that it's not a job it's a side hustle. If your already traveling out of town it's nice to use up your free space in your car for extra cash. But don't book a job hoping to get rich because the money will go to gas tolls and fast food. It's not worth it at all.

I hadn't even heard of CitizenShipper until we were frantically trying to figure out how to get our dog transported safely across the country. Our experience was fantastic! When we did have an issue, CitizenShipper was super fast in responding and resolving it. Would definitely recommend!
