booked with Little Paws Empire. Confirmed a date and time with them, then was told abruptly with no explanation they were cancelling. No previous communication was ever provided indicating an issue before cancellation of our booking. I have screen shots of the entire conversation proving they confirmed the date and pick up location was ok minutes before cancelling.
Response from CitizenShipper· Jun 30, 2026
Cheryl, we are incredibly sorry to hear about this experience. Last-minute cancellations without a clear explanation are completely unacceptable and certianly not the kind of experience we want customers to have. Our support team would love the opportunity to help you rebook with a dependable driver as well as investigate this matter further. Please contact us at [email protected] so we can assist you right away.

CitizenShipper made finding a reliable company easy! 23h ago 1 Star 2 Star 3 Star 4 Star 5 Star I am extremely satisfied with CitizenShipper. The company I ended up choosing was AMAZING! We kept in contact from the start. Once I realized they could accommodate what I needed I booked. We are a military family about to PCS and she helped eliminate the stress of moving a pet. I sent my cat from Alaska to Nashville, then Ashley picked her up and was able to drive her to our families home. Thank you! I will be recommending again!

At Citizenshipper, experiences like yours are exactly why we focus on responsible pet transport, making sure pet parents have real peace of mind throughout the journey. Thank you for trusting us and for sharing this, Jessica!

Tina with Avalon Express was incredible. I had to have my 2 fur babies (cats) that have been my heart moved to a new home which God provided in Tennessee! I am getting remarried and my fiance' is highly allergic. Coby and Zoey were picked up on Friday in Apple Valley, CA, and arrived 2100 miles later on Tuesday in Tennessee. Tina is a wonderful communicator and let me know how they were adjusting and I believe she went above and beyond. She provided the kennel they traveled in together, I provided their food and the individual carrier to transport from my home into the van for safety purposes, and then again into their new home. First time I have ever had to do this and she really helped me emotionally with the care my fur babies received and sharing how they were doing. I highly recommend her and her services. I believe she genuinely has a caring heart for our pets and her honesty and caring heart is a gift.

Judi, thank you so much for sharing this beautiful story! First and foremost, congratulations on your upcoming marriage and your new home in Tennessee! We know how incredibly emotional it is to see your fur babies head out on such a long journey for the first time. It’s wonderful to hear how Tina's constant communication, honesty, and extra care helped ease your anxiety. Going above and beyond is exactly the kind of love and safety we want for every pet. We are so proud to have transporters of her caliber on our platform! Thank you for trusting CitizenShipper and Tina to help bring your cats safely to their new chapter. We wish you, your fiancé, and your sweet kitties all the very best!

My dog died in transit and was cremated without my permission. The person transporting my dog from Paws Over Miles - Professional Transporter stopped responding to my messages, once I asked for further details. I haven’t received pictures of my dog, updates on what state they’re in, or an explanation of what happened. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this service. I am beyond heartbroken and devastated.
