First and foremost, I want to express our sincere concern and regret regarding the experience you've described. At CitizenShipper, we always prioritize the well-being and safety of our furry friends and their owners, and I truly understand the distress you must feel. Our platform's aim is to provide both pet owners and transporters with a smooth, hassle-free experience, and it's disheartening to learn that your expectations weren't met. Regarding your concerns about your dog’s health and the condition of her food, it's evident that the details you've shared demand thorough attention. While I'd love to assist you directly with this, our dedicated Support Team at [email protected] possesses the necessary expertise to delve deep into complex inquiries like yours. They can liaise with the transporters involved to ensure your concerns are properly addressed. We genuinely value feedback like yours as it helps us grow, make improvements, and ensure that all users of our platform have a positive experience. While we're an intermediary platform and don't directly oversee the services rendered by transporters, it's essential for us to maintain open channels of communication to enhance the quality and reliability of the platform for everyone involved. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I strongly encourage you to reach out to our Support Team. They will be more than willing to listen, understand, and take appropriate steps to address your concerns.
