I was a first time shipper, and had all of the nervousness that goes along with that with a very expensive vehicle but they took very good care of my vehicle, and kept me informed and in touch with me through the whole process.

You have to dig to find the right person to transport your pet. There are good ones on this site and it depends on your budget.

I can't describe the ultimate kindness and care Steve from 'Loving Care Transport' gave my sweet boy Carl. I adopted Carl from Antigua (Caribbean) and flew him to Miami where he was boarded for one night. Steve then came to pick him up the next day and over nighted at a hotel in Orlando and gave him the ultimate experience. Over the next two days with numerous stops & hotel visits he then drove Carl all the way out to Las Vegas where I live. Steve kept me up to date throughout the day with photos and kind messages letting me know how sweet and adorable Carl was with him. He brought Carl right to my house and I could not be happier with his care and outstanding service. I highly recommend Steve to transport your pet - you will not be disappointed. I also had the fear of being scammed, turned out to be true. I trusted this site due to the background reviews, verified identity of drivers, etc. I booked a transport with “AllPaws Transport”, cancelled due to other issues, and asked for a refund of my original deposit. They stated I would get a refund within 5 days. I went to check for refund, not there, then went to message the account and it now says “Out of Business”. I read all the great reviews and felt confident after seeing all the “verified information”, now I am out $450. I reached out to Citizen Shipper with hopes of getting a refund and still waiting a response. I’m not sure if just this account was fraudulent, or the whole establishment.

I was nervous doing this because I have been screwed by a pet transport scam in the past. I felt good about this seeing that security and background checks were done, and they provided a guarantee. Put my fears to rest. Excellent experience.

JohnM was fantastic. He loves dogs, has the safety equipment (high impact crates, etc.), and experience to make the dogs and the owner comfortable and confident. I would recommend him to anyone that wants the very best experience for their pets.
