Every time I renew my prescription I have to go through the whole website questionnaire as if it’s my first time. Otherwise I am happy with the results- down over 30 pounds. Would be great if the price could be lowered as well

I'm pleased with the service though I wish more care were taken to insure that it arrived cold. Spend less money on the fancy box and get the delivery cold
