Most of these 1 star reviews should be deleted. If these reviewers simply read the order processing. It CLEARLY states prescriptions have a 5-7 business day delay before being filled. Mine was exactly 6 days and I didnt write a negative review because I READ and knew what to expect. The very next day my ice cold meds were on my doorstep. AS PROMISED. Sick of the ignorance in this world. This is a business doing exactly what it states and you’re too lazy to read and punish the companies reputation unfairly.

I placed an order for the home-kit on May 20 and received an order confirmation email. The next day I called, and the recording says to email them, so I did. My question was when they expect to ship the order because I travel A LOT for work and want to make sure someone is home to receive it, so the medicine is not sitting outside in the scorching South Florida heat. No response. I followed up again yesterday and still nothing. I would love to just know when the expected delivery is. It's frustrating not being able to get a hold of a person by calling and also not getting a response to emails.
