They were able to help me find a part that was no longer made for my F150. It arrived and was in good condition for it's age. They made the purchase easy and I will be using them in the future for any other parts I may need. Great parts supplier and great service.

I want to update the review I had given. My problem was a misunderstanding and Sean was prompt to repair the issue once he was aware of the issue I had. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my interaction with this company he was professional and did everything to resolve it quickly and fairly. Excellent customer service without a attitude like most places give. If you need a part these guys will do their utmost to help you with your item and you will be treated with respect and understanding.

Sean Dcruz was a true Rockstar when it comes to Diligence, Persistance and Top Shelf Customer Service….. he went out of his way to work late into the night and over the weekend to try to find my discontinued part. He even made over 60 phone calls to local dealerships and salvage yards to try to help me. However with his perseverance and determination after searching for me he finally came up with an ingenious way to find and locate the part for me, when so, so many others…. Including myself had failed. I would 1000% recommend your business needs to CitiAuto Parts …. On a scale from 1 to 10 ……. Sean is a 💯 Rockstar!!!!!! Thank You 🙏 Thank You Sean …. Cal

Wow, I was amazed with the service and care. First of, I wasn't even aware of what I actually needed, they asked me a few question the problem, and there you go, they found what it is. I was thinking i'll have to pay huge for the part, but they were reasonable and surprised me with the part quality and price. Overall, I am thankful to CITI AUTO PARTS.
