Health App Works As Advertised
App works. Person I met with was very helpful. Easy to followup with billing and records over email and/or in-app. No issues.

Absolutely Not.
This medical practice was very much a bait and switch for what was supposed to be care for ADHD. I Was thrown back and forth between customer service agents who would forget to get back to me for MONTHS before I finally just asked for a refund. Don’t waste your time. It’s not just “simple online medical treatment” it’s 3-4 $175 appointments to finally get anywhere.

We have recently been experiencing a surge in patient requests, specifically those related to prescription/pharmacy issues, and we are working hard to assist all patients as quickly as possible. However, I do know how frustrating the delay has been for many of our patients. Not a real primary care provider
Not a real primary care provider. Cannot do what other primaries can do because it is "out of their scope". If basic things are out of your scope, you are not real provider. Also make you have a ton of follow up visits (every single appointment, even follow-ups) so that they can get another $120 everytime for a 15 minute conversation.
