Clients enjoyed their trip but there…
Clients enjoyed their trip but there was an issue in the timing of the tour departure from Rome. The time for the tour was booked up for the same time as they were departing Florence. It worked out in the end.
Response from Ciao Italy Tours· Oct 26, 2019
Mary thank you for your feedback. Yes there was an oversight on our part, again our apologies and i am glad we were able to fix it and still provide all the services booked. Happy to hear the clients enjoyed the trip. Thank you for working with us and looking forward to the next opportunity!

Italian lakes
Guide was great. Most hotels were good, exception being Brescia. All in all, a most enjoyable experience.
Response from Ciao Italy Tours· Oct 8, 2019
Lorine, thank you so much for your review and sorry you didn't like the hotel in Brescia, it would be helpful to have some more details if you can please send us an email with some comments about this hotel. We are happy however that you enjoyed our escorted tour Northern Lakes!
