Received a chopped up wig. No quality control. Wig was cut up and looked awful. The company will not give refunds, just credit. I do not want another wig from this company and want my money refunded.

I had ordered a wig from the Facebook sale. I was notified soon thereafter that during the quality check there was a problem and that wig was no longer available. They were quick to offer some suitable substitutes and I received the new wig choice quickly - it’s perfect!

Hi Laura! We truly appreciate the feedback!

Recently I had posted I had an issue with Chiquel because they had refused to give me a refund on a wig I did not receive. Much to my surprise a representative from their company reached out to me today to make things right. Most companies would not have gone to that extreme to make sure my issue was resolved. Therefore, I have the upmost respect for their customer service, and I will give them another chance. I plan on ordering another wig in a few days.
