The delivery was fast. The wig just doesn't work for me...it's just way too much. I will be donating it. Currently waiting on 2 deliveries that I know will work since they are duplicates of a wig I currently have and wear.

Customer response team was pleasant, & quick to reply. In original email & follow up correspondence by two separate individuals, the result was the same. Very rare today & much appreciated. In addition, sale prices were more competitive than I've experienced from other major companies I have purchased from numerous times in the past. Delivery of two orders were shipped & received more quickly as well! I'll purchase from you again in the future.

Al the wigs I have purchased have been of great quality. The videos help a lot with choosing styles and colours. Unfortunately shipping has been a disaster. Purolator is the worst.
