I ordered on November 29, before the cutoff for an order to arrive before Christmas. It is now the 27th and my item still has not been shipped even though the label was created on December 11. I emailed on December 19 and never got a reply and no one replies to the chat on the website either.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a blanket with our names on it for my grandparents for Christmas. Order came fast but it was misspelled and not on our names but on the message their company puts. It wrote "fell" instead of "feel" for a part that said feel our love. So it said fell our love well that was embarrassing to give as a gift I contacted them 3 times with no response! I deserve a reprint that I wanted or at least a refund. No quality check can't believe they misspelled their own wording. Can't believe I got no response I ordered this item very early before the holidays but still no response. Still getting ads in my email of course from them but no response from my emails.

Takes forever to get your order takes almost a month for them to send you a tracking number .you track it and 5 days later there still no progress won't ever order from them again.

Hi Kurtis, Your order was placed on Dec 8th, so please wait until Jan 5th for the update of tracking. The shipping unit enjoy their holiday so the shipping time will delay from Dec 24th to Dec 29th.

Still haven’t received my order Christmas is tomorrow according to their website anything before December 2 should receive their order by Christmas. I will wait the rest of today and see but not hopeful about it. Didn’t get it this company is most likely a scam!! Will take legal matters in this

Horrible service... I ordered on Nov 29,2021 as a Christmas present and still have not recieved my item. DHL has yet to recieve my item for shipping. I do not recommend this site at all for any buying. If my item is not reached by Friday the 24th I will request a refund on this item. ** What DHL did you see that updated to Dec 31st? I do not have no update to DHL on my end. Is this a fraud site???
