I used chewy.com to order dog food for my Pomeranian. The cost of the food was cheaper than traditional pet stores and I received the product in just 2 days.

Very pleased with the fast service and shipping from Chewy.com, HOWEVER, FedEx left the package on their truck at least two extra days before delivering it to my home. Their tracking service is great because it shows departure to delivery and that is how I know that the delay was by FedEx. Will order again and hope for better service by the carrier.

We buy puppie kibble that's very hard to find. We'd been driving 95 miles to buy it. Then we discovered chewy.com and began ordering this kibble thru them. It arrives promptly and is packaged carefully. If the order arrives when we are not home the kibble is still dry and safe when we return!
