Receiving the cheese we ordered and the extra gift cheese is great, however all of the packaging is difficult to recycle, particularly the styrofoam. Because of this, we cannot order again from your store....sadly.

Hi Beulah, thank you for your feedback. As discussed by email, we cannot take packaging back since we are a food manufacturer. Please refer to our page: https://www.cheeselovershop.com/our-eco-friendly-packaging/ We are currently in the process of rolling out a 100% recycled and sustainable packaging. This is done as we are rolling out our old packaging inventory (Styrofoam). It has been implemented already for all large orders since we have few box sizes available, that we are using depending of order size. Hopefully you'll give us another try in a few months and all will be fully completed. Warmly - Sebastien

Cheese was GREAT! 3rd time we sent their cheese baskets as gifts, got jealous and bought one for ourselves. The packaging kept everything cold even in the desert heat! Ton of reusable ice packs and a quality foam cooler.
