My order arrived 2 days late. I had to buy a substitute cheese for orders that needed completed on time.

Hi Tammy - thank you for your review and very sorry about FedEx delays. Unfortunately, FedEx while being a premier partner is out of our scope when it comes to on-time delivery. Since we cannot track all shipments it is impossible for us to know unless made aware. That's the only time when we can try to troubleshoot. While FedEx has a 97% - 98% on-time delivery, sometimes a package get delayed, related to covid, labor, weather etc...issues. It is always recommended to order with a bit of room, so if delays happened you are not stuck - and I can only sympathize with you for getting some unnecessary stress. Best customer service ever. Ran into a little issue but the customer service immediately rectified the situation by sending me another package. I really enjoyed the products and will purchase again!
