well it sure is helping me not get a job because i do have a background and wish i could just get a job to show a company i am not that person anymore

The process was very simple to follow and complete. They don't automatically disregard you for having a criminal history from over 2 decades ago. They allow you to give input and supporting information. Thank you for the great experience even if I don't get the job. Have a great day!
