Don't expect to work anytime soon... I had originally thought this was a good place, but all these people have to do is click some buttons & all our info is there! I went from Eta in 1-2 days to 11 days! All of my records go back past 8 years & no felonies/incarcerations! Extremely sad & disappointed that Chekr is going to make me lose this opportunity to make money! I don't understand why a company in CA is holding up my livelihood in Ohio.🤬

I'm sorry to hear the wait has been this frustrating, Letha. It can happen when certain searches take longer than expected to come back, but that doesn't make the impact on you any less real. I want to look into what's holding this up. I'm going to send you a private message through Trustpilot right now. Tony, Checkr Support Tony, Checkr Support

They advertise 3 to 5 business days but I know several people that it's taking over a month to do thier back round check so we are all waiting to get to work but checkr is not doing what they said

I'm sorry to hear you and others are still waiting. Turnaround times can vary depending on what's involved in each check, but I'd love to look into what's going on. I'm going to send you a private message through Trustpilot right now. Tony, Checkr Support
