Roman Smith was real helpful with my boarding pass

I would not recommend this company! I purchased a ticket for both myself and my husband for April 12th on April 5th. I called them the next day because I still had not received my e-ticket and wanted to check on it. When I spoke to Lily, I find out that we hadn't been issued a ticket because it was a standby ticket. She said she could help me, but it was going to cost me several hundred dollars more to get on the plane I had booked for on the 12th or she could get me on another airline for the same amt that it would now cost me to leave the 12th. Mind you, NO WHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE DID I SEE WHERE THIS WAS A "STANDBY" TICKET that I was purchasing. We had be home on the 12th and could not wait until the days she could get us on the plane, which where the 16th or 19th. Had I known all this upfront, I wouldn't have purchased this ticket from them. I told Lily to cancel my ticket since they hadn't actually purchased it yet. I was told she could cancel it, but she could not refund me the almost $300 I had already sent them for the 2 tickets. That was nonrefundable. So they basically had me over a barrel. I asked to speak to her supervisor. His name was Roman. He basically told me the same thing. So I ended up spending well over $600 for 2 one way tickets, that were originally going to cost me just under $300 to begin with. While Roman and Lily were both nice, I totally felt scammed and am VERY mad about being took! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! RUN NOW and use ANY other travel company! I from now on will stick with a reputable travel company or book through the airline itself.

SCAM. You might get your tickets but your name will be spelled wrong and they’ll charge you $155 more than the amount you agreed to (also more then the amount the tickets cost from the actual airline)

Roy and Patricia from customer service was very professional and very helpful on getting me the flight that I needed for my trip. Very impressive service and I will happily use cheap buddy for my future flight choices.

Elena Watson provided E-Tickets. The man who helped me prior and confirmed my booking was kind over the phone and clarified everything for me. I’m sorry that I don’t remember your name but thank you so much.
