First off, I have to brag on the customer service! Elisa guided me every step of the way. The receipt of my order, through the design process, the preview, and finally her answering my emails every few days on when she thought the ETA was going to be! 😂😂 But I have to say that the overall design and outcome of the necklace blew all my expectations out of the water. I have OCD pretty bad, so seeing how she worked all the letters of my name to come out symmetrical and include all of them perfectly, Couldn’t be more satisfying! Oh, can’t forget the most important part. My girlfriend was absolutely ecstatic how original and rare the entire design was! Only thing that was a little rough was the wait time. But also a lot of that was just due to my Impatience. They say good things take time, and this definitely held true to the statement. Can’t wait to see more of their work in the future!!
