I was lucky to find Charlene's when looking for an airport service in Durham. I have needed to travel to Durham quite a bit recently for family issues and I knew I could always rely on them. Great value, timely and reliable service, great follow up and confirmations. I enjoyed learning the history of the drivers, very engaging.

Driver was friendly and professional, arrived on time, and got me to my destination quickly. When I requested receipts for my finance department, CSR responded within 10 min. Will definitely use CSR again.

I used this service in serval occasions and loved it. I would like to see more smaller cars instead of mini-vans. I highly recommend them to you!

We have used Charlene's every time we go out of town on a trip. They are reliable, and it is good to know someone will be at the airport to get you when you get back. They call you at the airport. They come to your home right on time. The driver's are nice and the cabs are clean. A good deal all the way around.
