Update. Found emails sent that were buried in a weird place in the spam folder they weren’t even attached to the original emails. No idea what caused this. We also received a call back but the call was received after midnight and we were already asleep. Ordered the prime December 3rd was promised it would ship out December 20 now we’re getting no replies and every single call and voicemail goes un answered. We’ve called over 40 times now. 200 dollars for a pair of glasses with 0 customer service. I’m thinking this is a scam and anyone else should avoid buying from them order #11507

Hello Chase, we apologize for the delayed responses. The Chamelo support team is operating on a reduced schedule in observance of the holidays, and our phone line has also been offline during this period. However, we have answered every email that you've sent. Our team will also reach out to you again today. Prime is a brand new pre-order product being released under our lifestyle collection and although we tried our best to meet the promised December 20 release date, certain unforeseen circumstances have caused shipping delays to occur. Rest assured that your order will be heading out the door as soon as our fulfillment center is able to sort and tag the first batch that has recently dropped. We thank you for your continued patience. Thanks Chase! UPDATE 1/3/2025: Hi Chase, our manager has sent you an email on Dec 31. It was sent to w***********[email protected]. Can you please check your spam folder? UPDATE 1/3/2025: We have now also called the number on the order, no reply and we left a voice message. Please check your email for the messages that we've sent. UPDATE 1/7/2025: Your order has been shipped. Our team will be monitoring and will check back in with you when it arrives to confirm resolution. UPDATE 2/6/2025: Hi Chase, your order was delivered on 1/20/2025. We have attempted to confirm the resolution with you with multiple emails but have yet to receive a response. As such, we are considering this issue resolved and will close your ticket. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out. Thanks!

Ordered these as a gift for Christmas. Emailed customer support for updates and they responded in fair time and were so kind about it. Once shipped they got to me in 2 days! They’re amazing. Love the tint adjust feature. Sound is good and clear! Highly recommend!!

Edit I wanted to update my review. We received the order the day after Christmas. James with Chamelo reached out to make it right. We are very happy with the sunglasses and what they did to make it right. We will be ordering another pair very soon. ***************************************************** They never responded to my voicemails or my messages. It’s not fast and free shipping. I was promised I’d have these before Christmas and here I am waiting. Tracking is all over the place. It’s been over a week. They cheap out and ship usps standard shipping. At the price I paid for the glasses it should have shipped UPS.

Buying the glasses was no issue but when i tried to return them i was ignored for weeks than after i finally get a response i ship them out and was told they recieved them and i would get my money back in 3-5 days. Its been 10 days and ive gotten no response i left them 3 emails, tried talking through their chat and was told i would be updated(still havent), i tried calling the number on their website and went straight to voicemail twice. Overall the service is terrible and the comunication is outrageos

I got to talk with Aira, who's amazing kind! Understood my request and processed it very quickly. It's reassuring to know that we are dealing with people who still have a human side and empathy. 😌 The customer support really is excellent! 👌🏼 Thank you again for everything! Have a wonderful day.😊
