UPDATE 7/30/2025: Hi Carlos, Let’s keep it real: yes, we refunded your full payment after you told us you no longer wanted to wait, even though we had already provided a generous 30% compensation for the delay. That was our way of making it right. We never asked you to erase your review. We simply asked for transparency; to include the fact that you were refunded in full so that other customers can see the full picture. There’s no scam here. You placed an order, got compensated for the delay, and then got your money back when you chose not to wait. That’s not scamming, that’s us holding up our end, even when things don’t go perfectly. Now that you’ve updated your review to reflect the refund, we’re all good. If you continue to falsely label us as scammers, we won’t hesitate to escalate this with Trustpilot for defamation and pursue further action if necessary. Hi Kai, we're sorry to hear that you're unhappy with our 1-year OEM warranty, which follows standard industry guidelines. Applicability: manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, careful use. Upon reviewing the evidence you submitted of the frame detaching from the lenses, our product team has determined that the damage to your sunglasses has not been caused by a manufacturing defect, therefore we are unable to cover it under our 1-year OEM warranty.
