I Received a bad review on my model for nothing, the guy was just harming any model that he brought copying and pasting the same justificative. So i reported the problem, i got anwser in a few hours and in the day following the CG TRADER TEAM already had solved my problem.

Quick replies and professionals when analyzing heavy main files like Zbrush to detect issues. CGTrader Team have a true knowledge in 3D, not like Turbosquid.

Refund policy is a joke. They will not honor it. In fact they change it to fit the needs of there situation. The refund policy at the time of the refund request. Stated "Eligibility for a refund. The request is submitted to --- within 7 days after the purchase." That line now has completely been removed. After I showed them their own policy. When you have something in writing do the right thing and honor it. Issue the refund in accordance with your policy. Do not try and be sneaky and change the policy. The only reason your getting 2 stars and not 1 is because of the small applied discount credit. Meaning I have the possibility of getting my money back, but will require me to spend over $300 more with your company in order to do so. If you thinking about buying from this website know that you have zero consumer protection. Don't post your copy and pasted "buyer and seller protection statement" as a reply to this CGtrader. The fact that it's even ready to copy and paste shows me that this happens a lot.

Hello John, We are very sorry to hear you were disappointed with our services. Please be advised that the 7 days interval under the refund policy is a timeframe for submission rather than a condition for a refund. If your request would have met any of the refund policy criteria (technical issues, missing or corrupted files, incorrect or confusing description, etc) your purchase would have been refunded. However, the model you have acquired works as expected, it corresponds to both the preview images and description, which is why a refund was not possible.

CGTrader is not perfect. But pretty dang close. As an artist and seller on CGTrader. I love their analytics, you can't get anything close to it on other markets. Their uploading system is smooth with very little hiccups. They are extremely helpful and caring in their support. I would give CGTrader a 5/5. But I don't want it getting to their head that it can't get any better. Cause it totally could.

I am new to 3D models and I'm using Unity so I am having lots of problems! Thankfully cgtrader have been amazing and I can safely say without them my project would never have gotten off the ground because I was so stuck at the beginning I didn't even know what to Google! Their 3D support team sent me a 'how to' image and that got my whole project off and now I've managed to finish my project :-)) I would like to thank Judita on their customer support team... i've had more than one issue and they've helped me immensely... I couldn't have done it without them phew! :-))
