Beware
Being interested in Australian animals I purchased two different models - a kangaroo in Blend format and an emu, which was also supplied with an Ostrich. The kangaroo was corrupt and I was unable to translate it. I contacted CG Trader and received a message from the artist who informed me that others had stated it was corrupt. I requested a refund and it was ignored. The EMU and Ostrich turned out to be one bird with different rendering. These birds are completely different but from certain angles they will look the same but had I known that I would not have purchased. I requested a refund but my requests were ignored. They lost a customer over $18

Hello there, We are very sad to hear you were disappointed with our services. In regards to the refund - please be advised that our refund policy is designed to protect both the seller and the buyer, thus it needs to be fair for both sides. We always issue a refund if the buyer did a mistake when buying and did not download the files or if there is anything wrong with the model (technical issues, missing or corrupted files, incorrect or confusing description, etc.). In your case, a refund was not possible for both models, because they do work as expected and they do correspond to both preview images and the description.
