CGTrader is a very large market for 3d models. At some point someone could feel unsecure, as the designers are not always answering and models seemed corrupted. But the support team is absolutely great. They solved all the problems. The 3d designers fixed everything. It is important to know that buying something on this market is secure, support team, and 3d designers within are here, answer very quickly, very helpful... Great team

I have been on this platform for years and there were actually no big problems during this time if something has happened, you can rely on fair and competent support. I can highly recommend this platform for both buyers and sellers. It is a very reliable platform that takes care of its customers. Simply completely satisfied.

I bought a couple of models on this site, but I couldn't print them because they had so many errors. To treat these errors, you need skills and software that costs money. I lost my time and my money. Support takes the side of authors who upload unfinished files and do not want to return the money. The policy of the site directly says that the buyer can return the money if the purchased model does not match it's description. In the name of the files it was written that the models are intended for printing on a 3D printer and that is incorrect or confusing description because if errors are found in the files, then they are no longer suitable for 3D printing.. The support stated that they are only intermediaries and that the author's consent is required for a refund and that it is I who should contact him. I wrote to the author describing my situation, but the author turned out to be dishonest and did not admit that there were errors in the models. Then I added screenshots with proof of errors and the author fell silent and stopped responding. You (СGTRADER) must return the money if the author made mistakes in the model and notify him that he is selling an unfinished product. Your policy does not motivate me in any way, because I am already afraid to purchase anything on your site, because history may repeat itself. (Invoice # CGTR 8845987, Invoice # CGTR 8845922)

Hi there, We are sorry to hear about the issue you have experienced with your recent purchase on our site. We understand how frustrating it can be when a product does not meet your expectations, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We want to assure you that we take our customer’s satisfaction seriously and always strive to resolve any issues promptly and fairly. As an intermediary, we work with sellers to ensure that their products meet our quality standards before listing them on our site. However, we understand that sometimes, errors may still occur, and we take full responsibility for any faulty products sold on our site. In your case the found error was not critical and was automatically fixed by the slicer. Our 3D team have also provided revised files specifically for your use. Also, we have offered additional ways to improve your experience with us (one of it was by covering full models prices in Royalty points that can be spent on our site). We understand that this may not be the response you were hoping for, but we assure you that our policy is designed to ensure fairness to both our customers and sellers.
