should be less than a one star. takes more than required time to complete. got one too many wrong on a section and it started me over hours behind with no warning. a complete waste of my time.

This company failed to provide the required certificate of course completion. I contacted the company directly and they refused to escalate my concern. It has now been 3 months and I still have not received my completion certificate for the course I took. Contacted the Better Business Bureau and the company refused to respond to the Better Business Bureau. At this point I will be contacting my credit card company and requesting the investigate this company for fraud.

Scammers. The Law should investigate. The course deliberately has you running out of time with the very long module/sections. Everyone who is learning to drive should be able to read at a 2nd grade speed level. You will inevitably need to purchase the extension and if you do happen to forget your security questions because the course is taking too long, you will need to restart from the beginning. Get another course!

The pacing on longer modules is tied to state minimum seat-time requirements rather than something we set arbitrarily, and the security questions exist to confirm it's you completing the training for reporting purposes. If you needed an extension because of that pacing, that's exactly the kind of feedback we take back to the course design team. We never intend to inconvenience our students or get in the way of their success, we aim to provide the best experience possible, and we're sorry we fell short here. – Certus

This course is worse than 1 star. The platform is frustrating to use, full of errors, and doesn't even have proper resolution to zoom in the fine print. What a scam
