They need to improve their process with…
They need to improve their process with using UPS. It's horrible. Their customer service staff are argumentative. Their instructions are unclear and when following up to resolve issues they ignore the questions being presented to ensure you get what you've paid for from them.

I had an exceptional experience working with Lauren Gargiulo. I had previously had 4 fingerprints processed & none met the standard I need. Lauren was very attentive to me & I am confident that I finally got a great set of fingerprints! I would recommend Lauren to anyone needing to be fingerprinted!
