I must say it was a bit difficult because you don't have the staff, and I understand that having bilingual people isn't a requirement for the company, but this would open up the opportunity for other people who have insecurities, disabilities of some kind, or a cognitive or psychological process, or a disorder. Somatic peaks, etc. Additionally, it must be understood that this is a common need in these times, racism and discrimination is a supremely negative pastor, and this has been seen throughout history, history in all societies, when due to a difficulty learning languages in paintings and in any environment, people cannot be added, and more, this is looking for real help for a real fact, in our case our dog has been a great support for my wife, even for me, but it is still important to recognize that the therapist could not offer the possibility of what another person could help interpret my wife on our own

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We truly understand how important it is to feel supported, especially when language or other personal challenges are involved. While we don’t currently have bilingual staff, your feedback highlights the value of having bilingual staff, which would make our services more inclusive. We’re sorry your wife didn’t feel fully supported; that’s never our intention. Your insights are valuable and will help us enhance our service to all members of our community. Thank you again for your honesty.
