This company sent me the wrong product
This company sent me the wrong product, in this case reading glasses and refuses to refund my money. On contacting them they refused to give me their complaints policy and refused me the opportunity to take the matter further with a manager. Avoid.

I bought 2 pair of earing that looked…
I bought 2 pair of earing that looked good on website but the came faulty. Now the company does not want to give me a refund but compensate me 3 dollars for $35.56USD products. They are good at replying to your email but will not admit to faulty earing and will not send me a prepaid postage for bad quality goods to return the product or refud the money. Do not buy form this website
