this is the worst trucking company. full of lies about pick-up time. the dispatcher is not responsible. keep lying about pick-up time. you will lose business with the carrier

I was the receiver part of this haul. The shipper and I stayed in contact every day because of the numerous missed delivery promises. It went on for 4 days...they never came...never called they would be late. Anytime they made a commitment, they never followed through. My shipper ended up canceling these guys and getting someone else. Would NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Wow, I've never heard of these jokers before but I had a company use them to ship a palate to me. They "don't want to deliver to me because it's too far and say I should come pick it up". 3 hours one way. I've talked to their customer service 8 business days in a row and everyday has a new excuse. I would never use them for any reason...

BAD VERY VERY BAD Just a horrible company to deal with. They will not honor any claims of their horrendous service. I really do not know how is that they are still in business.

Terrible company, the head of security, Frank Jensen has named members of my family in reference to an Amazon prime order! Because I kept calling the number provided in the letter they sent me. He claimed he was a former police officer and tried to intimidate me into not defending my company

ETA was for 12pm-1pm so I called the agent at 2pm to find out where my pallet is. He states that it will arrive at 4pm. When it didn’t arrive, the agent then says 5:30pm-6:30pm...which is when we’re closed. Horrible service and would not ever recommend!
